Ruthie Strop serves as the Director of Business Administration at AIDeaf, bringing extensive experience in accounting, human resources, and entrepreneurship. She began her career at Ernst & Young and went on to work with several large national companies, both public and private, where she developed expertise in corporate operations and strategic growth.
As a successful business owner, Ruthie built and grew her own company before joining AIDeaf. She now oversees key internal processes, guiding operational strategy and ensuring the organization runs efficiently in support of our mission. With a focus on both operational excellence and interpreter support, Ruthie plays a central role in shaping AIDeaf’s success.
